Orders placed Monday – Friday by 2:00 pm usually ship the next day. Treatstik Pet Toys, LLC uses USPS for all retail customer orders. Priority mail is 2-3 day shipping, not guaranteed. Treatstik Pet Toys, LLC uses Fedex ground for all wholesale orders. Prices will vary depending upon zip code and weight.
Returns and Replacements
We gladly accept returns for unused merchandise for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.
If for any reason you have received damaged or defective items, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs.
